How does it work?

Fee
We only charge a one time fee for the recruitement of your dogsitter. If you like the dogsitter and the dogsitter likes you ánd your dog (s) you can work together with each other without the use of our platform. If you need a new sitter we will see you probably back here. You pay 50% of the fee when you click on the reserve button

Introduction
If you paid the fee we will introduce you to a minimum of one potential dogsitter, but we will do our best to propose more. For the travel service we only propose dogsitters of 21 years and older but if you have more dogs it is possible that the second dogsitter is between 15 and 18 years. Per 1- 2 dogs we suggest one dogsitter if you have more dogs it depends on the dogsitter if she/he can handle it.

Match?
If it is a match we send you a link to pay the other 50% of the fee. A part of this fee goes to the dogsitter to guarantee the show-up. You pay the dogsitter yourself afterwards. We only make the match. We advise a minimum of 30 NAF per day and for extra work 15 NAF per hour. Ofcourse you can pay more. Also when the dogsitter uses the airco you can think of including in the fee a maximum of 10 NAF per day for airco costs.

What can you expect of a dogsitter through our platform?

• Someone who loves dogs

• Someone who is responsible with your dog, your house and your stuff

• Someone who is responsive and reacts when you make contact from your travel address

• Someone who doens’t go to long partys or far away beaches, but let your dog a maximum of 4 hours per day alone.

• From our side we ask the dogsitter to anser an extensive questionnaire and after that we do a 1 on 1 meeting to decide if the dogsitter can be part of our community.
